Project: SWAD

( Sehat Wajan Aur Dimag)

Sai Sanrachna is committed to aligning with the Sustainable Development Goal of zero hunger through its "S.W.A.D." campaign. The organization firmly believes that an empty stomach might lead to a zero figure, but during childhood, it results in zero mental and physical development, which can have a long-term impact on literacy rates. Understanding the crucial role of proper nutrition in children's overall growth, Sai Sanrachna aims to promote a healthy body and mind.

In 2018, the Sai Sanrachna Foundation took a significant step by launching the "S.W.A.D. - Sehat Wajan Aur Dimag" project, thanks to the generous support from individual donors and the LENS Foundation. This project endeavors to tackle the pressing issue of malnutrition and ensure that children receive the nourishment they need to flourish physically and mentally. By addressing malnutrition at its root, Sai Sanrachna paves the way for a brighter future, fostering a healthier and more literate generation.

The "S.W.A.D." campaign serves as a catalyst for change, raising awareness about the importance of proper nutrition and its far-reaching impact on children's education and overall development. By providing adequate sustenance to young minds, Sai Sanrachna contributes to building a stronger and more resilient society, where hunger is no longer a barrier to achieving their full potential.
